This is the first kungfu book by a Shaolin grandmaster, Sifu Wong Kiew Kit, who has become a legend. It gives a comprehensive introduction to Shaolin Kungfu. Wong Kiew Kit was born in and started his training of Shaolin when he was ten. He started with Kung Fu and Lion Dancing under Shaolin teacher Lai Chin. It is a matter of perspective.
