I read configuration document in dev guide. As I use Tomcat 8, should I use flex-messaging-opt-tomcat Is this not needed any more?

The default timeout for an AMF Channel is 0 which means there is no timeout. The LiveDocs  appear to be gone. Is there any documentation for the timeouts of a channel.
